Job Description
1 Resource Group is hiring for a CNC Mill Programmer Supervisor. Our client is searching for an innovative programmer with creative solutions to implement fast, newer tooling into our programs.
- Programming, modern approach utilizing faster, newer tooling
- Proficiency using Gibbs, EdgeCam, and/or MasterCam
- 3 Axis and 5 Axis programming
- Creating and editing machine posts
- In depth knowledge of CNC G-Codes. Additional familiarity with Heidenhein programming is a plus
- Drawing, use AutoCad, Inventor or Solidworks to draw/edit models
- Supervising must work well with others and supervise with a teamwork mentality.
- Thorough knowledge of machining and machining center operations
- Ability to operate CNC Machining center
- Knowledge and experience with precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of Lean – World Class Manufacturing methods
- Training musty be willing and able to train new hires
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, to all levels of a manufacturing organization
- Demonstrates a professional and positive attitude as well as a passion for continuous improvement
- Exhibit strong time management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects
- Willingness to learn and be open-minded
- Attention to details and problem solving
- Must work on the shop floor in a machine shop
Requirements
