Warehouse Assistant

Team Elmer's seeks to fill an opening for a Warehouse Assistant position in the Traverse City, Michigan area. This position is responsible for checking inventory and orders, strong interaction with fellow employees. Complete delivers by driving a truck and trailer to and from jobsites as needed, and occasional operating of forklift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and ensures strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, employment, management, and other company policies, procedures, and principles.
• Controls inventory levels by conduction physical counts.
• Present favorable company image to customers and employees.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment with high expectations of appearance and cleanliness.
• Help coordinating equipment, and material suppliers to meet project demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Self-motivated.
• Ability to follow warehouse processes.
