We have a new Driver Recruiter opportunity, and are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team within the Enrollment Department! The responsibilities of this position are to ensure our company attracts, contracts, and retains the best drivers, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

A successful Driver Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future enrollment needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. This position will report directly to the Recruiting Manager.

What You'll be Paid:

$50,000-60,000 Per Year.

When You'll be Working:

Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Where You’ll be working:

Remote.

How will you make an impact?

• Sourcing Independent Contractor drivers.
• Screening prospective drivers.
• Collecting required documents.
• Onboarding drivers.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Making outbound calls.
• Email response incoming/outgoing.
• Utilizing excellent communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Using organizational, data entry, and documentation skills
• Proper time management.
• Being proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software applications.
• Problem Solving.

You're a perfect fit for this position if you have...

• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
• Recruiting experience (1-2 years) (Driver recruiting a plus).
• Experience working with Indeed Resume Seat/Google Ad placement.
• The ability to pass a Drug Test.
• Ability to attract, vet and onboard our IC drivers.
• Trucking or transportation experience (a huge plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer efficiency skills.
• Heavy sourcing experience (non-job posting).
• The ability to think outside of the box when it comes to sourcing candidates.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or transportation management systems.
