Consider joining our team as a Centralized Community Relief Specialist for the Training & Development Department located in our home office, The Monastery.


**This is not a remote position. This position works from our corporate office in Mt. Adams and does not require travel**


Who you are:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in apartment leasing or property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office product and Yardi.
  • Work history showcases dedication to a team and its mission.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work use.
  • Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.


What you’ll do as a Centralized Community Relief Specialist:

  • Providing apartment communities throughout the Towne portfolio with remote leasing assistance.
  • Monitoring community email inboxes, voicemails, and social media messages.
  • Responding to resident requests and scheduling appointments.
  • Conducting remote leasing tours and providing administrative support during the absence of on-site community personnel.
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
