Questify Fitness, a premiere fitness center in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and members in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with membership inquiries and sign-ups
• Schedule appointments for personal trainers and fitness classes
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process payments and manage member accounts
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
