About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Shelby, NC. This long-term opportunity could lead to a permanent hire. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and pay is $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone or email.
- Maintain positive client relationships as the primary contact.
- Stay updated on products, services, and customer service policies.
- Resolve client disputes and issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide support to clients regarding various needs.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years of client service experience or equivalent.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to create/update various documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, make decisions, and maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
