We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full -Time and Part-Time Housekeeper. As a House Keeper, your primary responsibility will be to clean and maintain the beautiful new 55+ community clubhouse and other amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up for community events and activities.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
