Job Description
We are in search of a full-time in office Data Input Specialist for a client in Troy, MI. This candidate will collaborate with the operations team, delivering efficient digital support services to employees while assisting in conflict resolution tasks.
This role is M-F 1st shift and salary is $45k.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive mail, fax, and scanning services
- Oversee all aspects of Digital Support equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to established safety and security protocols
- Perform necessary adjustments on equipment as per operational manuals
- Occasionally operate complex, automated equipment as required
- Monitor operations and make mechanical adjustments to maintain quality output
- Participate in various functions within the Operations Department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though not mandatory
- Advanced in Excel.
- Proficiency in researching databases and analyzing results
- Strong reasoning and judgment skills
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Deadline-oriented with excellent prioritization skills
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated and ready to take on responsibilities
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Familiarity with SurePoint Technologies Conflict Software considered advantageous
