Job Description
We are in search of a full-time in office Data Input Specialist for a client in Troy, MI. This candidate will collaborate with the operations team, delivering efficient digital support services to employees while assisting in conflict resolution tasks.
This role is M-F 1st shift and salary is $45k.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive mail, fax, and scanning services
  • Oversee all aspects of Digital Support equipment
  • Ensure strict adherence to established safety and security protocols
  • Perform necessary adjustments on equipment as per operational manuals
  • Occasionally operate complex, automated equipment as required
  • Monitor operations and make mechanical adjustments to maintain quality output
  • Participate in various functions within the Operations Department
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though not mandatory
  • Advanced in Excel.
  • Proficiency in researching databases and analyzing results
  • Strong reasoning and judgment skills
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent prioritization skills
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated and ready to take on responsibilities
  • Willingness to work overtime as required
  • Familiarity with SurePoint Technologies Conflict Software considered advantageous
