We are a very successful Allstate Insurance Agency within a Toyota Dealership and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to help grow our already successful business.  The dealership sells approximately 300 cars a month and services approximately 1500 customers in our service department.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day to day operations of the Insurance Agency
  • Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Managing and Motivating the sales force and customer service employees
  • Manage the renewals and the day to day sales
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Allstate

Requirements are:

  • 220 and 215 License.
  • Agency management experience a must!
  • EEOE and Drug Free Workplace.
  • Background and drug test required.
  • Bilingual - preferred
