We are a very successful Allstate Insurance Agency within a Toyota Dealership and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to help grow our already successful business. The dealership sells approximately 300 cars a month and services approximately 1500 customers in our service department.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the day to day operations of the Insurance Agency
- Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Managing and Motivating the sales force and customer service employees
- Manage the renewals and the day to day sales
- Maintain a good working relationship with Allstate
Requirements are:
- 220 and 215 License.
- Agency management experience a must!
- EEOE and Drug Free Workplace.
- Background and drug test required.
- Bilingual - preferred
