Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change
Position Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Produce presentations and reports for progress meetings; create and manage expense, client and other reports as needed per Division Manager.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism with staff and client
- Review contracts to ensure compliance is being met
Minimum Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant
- 4+ years of experience as a personal assistant
- Advanced level computer skills- mainly in all Microsoft Suite programs
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Capable of handling multiple and conflicting tasks and is detail-oriented.
- Experienced with anticipating needs and always being prepared for the day.
- Experienced in coordinating meetings, travel and events.
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve with limited direction.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse teams.
- Able to work in a collaborative, open environment; successful candidate will be team-oriented, self-directed and forward thinking.

- Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
