Express Employment is currently seeking several Customer Service Agents for a local Insurance Company here in Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate would be interested and able to enroll and successfully complete the state licensing exam to become a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent.
Monday - Friday 8AM until 5PM
Pay $18-$21/hour - Depending on Experience
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
