Pay: $18-21/hr (depending on need and experience)
Position: Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Your duties would consist of:
-Learning multiple roles around the office
-Invoicing
-Various data entry (using Excel as well)
-Editing PDF documents
-Answering phones
The ideal candidate for Administrative Assistant is:
-Friendly
-Loves to learn
-Team player
-Familiar with Excel
-PDF editors (such as Adobe Reader)
-Phone etiquette
-Background in sales is a plus!
