Requirements:
- NJ CHHA license or currently in the process of acquiring
- Medical documents: physical exam, current Tuberculosis (TB) test, MMR results, and annual influenza vaccine
- 1 year of experience caring for seniors or adults
- 1-2 work references
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccine required
