 is seeking to hire a Warranty Clerk to be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for automotive repairs and services. You will work closely with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure accurate and timely submission of warranty claims. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adhere to manufacturer guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities – Warranty Clerk:

• Review repair orders and service records to identify warranty-eligible repairs
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for approval
• Maintain accurate records of warranty submissions, approvals, and denials
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty-related issues
• Follow up on outstanding warranty claims and ensure timely reimbursement
• Assist in training and supporting service department staff on warranty processes and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications – Warranty Clerk:

• Previous experience in automotive warranty administration required
• Prior DMV background is a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
