Hours: Up to 30 hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Opelika, AL. The RBT will play a crucial role in facilitating services provided by a Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who offers behavioral support to younger students within the district.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with teachers to support the virtual BCBA in delivering effective services to students.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies as directed by the BCBA.
• Assist in data collection and progress monitoring to ensure the efficacy of interventions.
• Work collaboratively with the school team to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students, families, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned to support the success of the program.

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or behavioral health setting.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately and effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, BCBA, and school staff.
• Dedication to the well-being and success of students.
