Job Description

A school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position has become available for the remainder of the 23/24 school year near Eagle, Colorado with opportunities to extend into next school year as well. We are looking for a kind and caring candidate interested in helping students in a 1:1 position.

About the Position:

  • Full time / 37.5 hours a week
  • BCBA Supervision will be provided
  • 04/22/2024 - 05/30/2024
  • Caseload: 1:1 with an elementary student, specific caseload details will be provided during interview process
  • Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour, depending on previous experience

About the Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct student care in one-on-one and group settings across multiple school sites.
  • Collect and record data based on student behavior as part of the assessment process.
  • Communicating with students, parents, and caregivers regarding progress

About You:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Previous school experience strongly recommended, but not required
  • Must have a Bachelor Degree
