Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a contract position within our district. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students, ensuring their communication needs are met to support their academic and personal growth. As an SLP in our district, you will have a caseload to be determined, allowing for flexibility and personalized professional experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students' communication development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure in Louisiana (LA).
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Details:

• Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week.
• State licenses and clearances required for employment.
