Contract, Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)-Monroe, LA

Position Details:

• Duration: 13-week contract with possibility of extension upon successful completion.
• Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month).
• Location:Monroe, LA
• Compensation: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience and territory budget, with weekly pay.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401k options available after 90 days.
• Mileage Reimbursement: 48 cents per mile workplace to workplace

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Louisiana.
• Must have Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience, including proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase.
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
• Reliable transportation.
• Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer.
