Pharmacist Job in suburban Ohio
400 bed hospital--part of regional health system.
Hospital is expanding clinical pharmacy programs. All staff performs staffing and clinical duties.

Position: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Ohio

Software: EPIC

Duties:

• Audited sterile and non-sterile pounding procedures and designed enhanced safety protocols for approval.
• Investigated monthly adverse drug event reports to triage department errors.
• Prepared and presented formulary proposals for Pharmacy and Therapeutics mittee.
• Participated in rounds with emergency department clinical pharmacists and assisted with order preparation and patient follow up.

Schedule: Variable days/afternoons (8 hour shifts)

Requirements: OH licensed,good attitude and people skills

Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. Residency is a plus!

pensation: starts at $70.00/hr.
