As an RBT, you will work directly with K-12 students, providing behavior intervention services aimed at promoting positive learning environments and fostering growth.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Collect and record data on student behavior
• Provide one-on-one support to students during sessions
• Follow established protocols and strategies to address behavioral goals
