Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 24/25 School Year

Location: Elementary School, Georgia (GA)

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

About Us: Our school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming 24/25 School Year. We are a collaborative environment where BCBA support is integral to our approach. Our BCBA is committed to training, coaching, and supporting our RBTs to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
  • Provide direct 1:1 or small group instruction to students.
  • Collect data on student behavior and progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all student information.

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or behavioral health setting.
  • Ability to follow behavior plans and instructional protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success.
