Job Description
Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 24/25 School Year
Location: Elementary School, Georgia (GA)
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
About Us: Our school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming 24/25 School Year. We are a collaborative environment where BCBA support is integral to our approach. Our BCBA is committed to training, coaching, and supporting our RBTs to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
- Provide direct 1:1 or small group instruction to students.
- Collect data on student behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all student information.
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or behavioral health setting.
- Ability to follow behavior plans and instructional protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success.
