Description: We are seeking a dedicated and certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a public school near Ironwood, MI. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs across all grade levels, fostering positive behavior change and enhancing the overall learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies.
• Provide ongoing training and support to school staff in behavior management techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support the development of behavior goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and diverse student populations.
