Kelly is looking for Manufacturing associate to join a Start-Up plant in Grove City, Oh. This is a great Temp to hire opportunity for you to make an immediate impact while continuing to learn and grow in your career. The ideal candidate will be someone with great work ethic, high energy, positive attitude and very detail oriented.

Wage: $20/hour 

Shift available:   
•    1st shift- M-TH 5:45am-  4:45pm 

     
Responsibilities:  
•    Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including always wearing the required PPE 
•    Promote a safe work environment through adherence to OSHA regulations as well as company standards. 
•    Operate and monitor production machines 
•    Adjust machine settings to ensure efficient and effective production 
•    Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications 
•    Perform equipment PMs and clean equipment 
•    Troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed 
•    Maintain accurate production records 
 
Requirements:  
•    High school diploma or equivalent 
•    Forklift experience
•    At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment 
•    Strong understanding of machine operations  
•    Must have some experience performing quality checks  
•    Ability to follow standard work and read recipe sheets 
•    Must be able to read a scale and machine instrumentation  
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    Ability to work well in a team environment 
•    Good communication and problem-solving skills 
•    Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
