Pet Sitter - Full-time / Part-time

I have a 7mo old blue weimaraner that has separation anxiety. He is crate trained but I work leave for work at 4:45 a.m. and return 3-4 p.m. My friend has been coming over to my home once at around 8-8:30 a.m. and again at noon or so. She let's him out to potty.. plays fetch or walks him while there or tennis ball launcher in the backyard a little bit so he can get a little exercise. She is getting another job soon and may not be able to continue caring for him. So I'm looking for someone to do the same things for me.
