Lead Installer & Outside Sales Rep

-Installation: Perform off-site installations (Lead for a 2-person team). Pull components to fulfill jobs and prepare installation vehicles with tools, components, lumber, etc. As an off-site installer, the highest quality standards and company representation & reputation must be maintained and exercised at all times.  The willingness to lead and take ownership, work efficiently and be a safe driver is required.  You should possess a valid NC driver's license and good driving record.

-Outside Sales and Estimating: Representing and Promoting RhinoShelf products and services in a professional manner, securing leads and  providing customer estimates resulting from leads.

-Production Tasks: On rare occasions and as needed, Perform various in-house production assistance as required for manufacturing;  and occasional component assembly and order filling tasks.  

 -For all positions,  Following safety procedures and maintaining high quality output is a must!  It’s imperative that leadership characteristics and  the ability to problem solve and contribute meaningful solutions and suggestions for improvement are present as well as take proactive approach and initiative to develop a consistent efficient workflow, maintain a clean, organized work area and present positive representation to customers  and co-workers. Must be capable of working alone to carry out tasks.
