We are seeking a Retail Associate to become an excellent part of our crew!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products (hiking shoes, outdoorwear, etc) to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Keep the store looking squeaky clean
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to converse with regulars and complete strangers
- A strong sense of cleanliness and organization skills are encouraged
