Tax Filing Delivery Manager (100% REMOTE)

In this role, the Tax Filing Manager will oversee and manage the daily tax filing operations for specific legal entities, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional regulations in tax remittance distributions. Additionally, the role involves cross-department collaboration, analysis of metrics, and mentoring to enhance operational efficiency and elevate client satisfaction levels. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll tax filing, accompanied by 3 years of client and team management experience, and proficiency in utilizing Master Tax and ADP Smart Compliance. Requirements for the Tax Filing Manager:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience of payroll tax filling
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Master Tax
• Experience in people management and client engagement
• Experience on using ADP Smart Compliance

Compensation for the Tax Filing Manager

• 6 months contract w/ possible extension
• Location: 100% Remote MUST reside on TX, AZ, FL, IN, NC, GA, KY
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 40-45 hrs. a week.
• Pay: $42.50-54/hr.
