Summary

We are looking for dependable team players with a friendly, positive demeanor, who enjoy interacting with customers to join our team. This role is critical in delivering a memorable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Greets customers politely and promptly.
  • Attentiveness to drive through and dining room line.
  • Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages.
  • Willingness to continue to learn about food and beverage preparation.
  • Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment, service areas and seating areas.
  • Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.
  • Provides customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparations as requested.
  • Receives and processes customer payments.
  • Serves prepared foods, such as tacos, muffins, and bagels.
  • Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
  • Demonstrates proper attendance, punctuality, customer service, and overall attitude.
  • In the absence of General Manager, completes necessary tasks.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Skills:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly.
  • Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent customers.
