Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Law firm seeks bookkeeper to the record and process all financial transactions.  Duties include inputting attorney's time in Timeslips computer program and generating legal bills sent to clients.  Processing receipt of clients' payment of legal bills and applying against outstanding client account balances.  Recording, tracking, processing and paying of all vendor accounts for purchases and expenses in Quickbooks computer program.
