Operations Coordinator - CycleBar (Temporary)

Objective:

CycleBar is seeking a dynamic Operations coordinator to oversee and optimize operational processes. The Operations Coordinator  will report to the brand president and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency across the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline communication and workflow between our Education, Marketing, operations and Sales team.
• Distribute and manage all communication from the corporate team to our Franchise Partners and Studio Staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Franchise Partners.
• Point of contact for all System calls, trainings, and meetings with corporate and franchise partners.
• Main point of contact for our Annual Convention ie: Registration, guest requests, stage & room design, breakout presentations 
• Manage and upload all documents to our Learning system 
• Manage & respond to support tickets through Zendesk
• Administer all domain emails and assist with troubleshooting access issues
