We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level, in person administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Handle administrative needs of Partners
Schedule meetings and appointments for the team
Plan work-related travel details
Office administration
Typing, proofing and business communications
Report production
Deliveries
Scheduling
Maintain and order supplies

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an administrative assistant, or in other related fields
Strong organizational skills
Loyalty and positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in high pressure, deadline environment
Highly skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
