HomeFX Real Estate Media is the leading real estate photography company in Florida offering photos, video, and aerial photography. HomeFX is locally owned and operated. We are looking for a new photographer to join our team serving the Jacksonville, FL Region - including Duval, St. John's, Putnam, Flagler, Volusia, Clay, Nassau, Baker, Bradford, and Alachua counties.

The successful candidate will be self-motivating, have reliable transportation, high-speed internet, a customer-centric mindset, and be a quick learner. We need someone invested in the brand and willing to give the position a minimum of a 2-year commitment.

No photography or videography experience is necessary, experience is a bonus.

HomeFX Real Estate Photographers will report to and be trained by the Regional Director of Photography.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture high-quality DSLR, aerial photography, and videography of properties within your assigned territory
• Shoot an assigned number of properties while meeting or exceeding quality standards by arriving on time and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the appointment
• Communicate relevant details or requests to the home office in a timely manner, time is of the essence
• Conduct yourself in a professional and cordial manner as a HomeFX company representative while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Follow procedures and communicate regularly with the Manager and Main Office Administration
• May be asked to participate in team meetings/conference calls
• Upload photography to the designated Cloud program as each shoot is completed
• Communicate needed maintenance for company-provided equipment
• Perform special projects as directed by Photography Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Have availability to work assignments Monday-Saturday, 8 am to Twilight - Sundays off
• Must be willing to travel
• Must have a vehicle that has good gas mileage, that is safe and reliable
• Driving required - daytime and nighttime
• Ability to drive within the assigned territory daily
• Must have and maintain a good driving record, current insurance, and valid state driver’s license
• Must prioritize HomeFX assignments
• No industry experience is required, and on-job training is provided - training time is appx. 1 week + ongoing support
• Applicants should be self-motivated, punctual, energetic, great communicators, and very organized
• Must have a professional appearance in dress and hygiene
• Must be able to stand for up to 2 hours for photoshoots, bend or stoop, lift up to 20 lbs and work outside for short periods of time
• The company will provide a camera, lens, memory cards, tripod, 3D camera, and aerial drone
• Photographer to provide laptop and cell phone
• Entirely responsible for paying taxes, insurance, and fuel - mileage reimbursed per contractor agreement
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a background and criminal history check

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills -
• Communication and critical thinking skills are of utmost importance to be successful in this position
• Must be a self-starter and take personal responsibility for assigned tasks and unforeseen situations.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and honest
• Familiarity with uploading files to a cloud-based program, texting, and using email communication
• Paid Weekly, per completed shoot assignments
