Front Desk Associate, Part-Time 3rd Shift with Flexible Schedule

The Days Inn Columbus Airport Hotel is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associates for its 3rd shift. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, etc.... The Front Desk associate is responsible for checking guests into the hotel, informing the guest about the amenities and policies of the hotel, answering phones, making reservations, directing the guest to their room, follow-up up with them about their stay, resolving guest satisfaction issues, and checking people out. Must be hardworking with excellent customer service skills. Basic computer skills are required. Must be able to drive a 10 passenger van to and from the airport.
