Job Description
The Days Inn Columbus Airport Hotel is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associates for its 3rd shift. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, etc.... The Front Desk associate is responsible for checking guests into the hotel, informing the guest about the amenities and policies of the hotel, answering phones, making reservations, directing the guest to their room, follow-up up with them about their stay, resolving guest satisfaction issues, and checking people out. Must be hardworking with excellent customer service skills. Basic computer skills are required. Must be able to drive a 10 passenger van to and from the airport.
Hotel Front Desk experience preferred. Must have flexible schedule and be able to cover other shifts. Please obtain and fill out application, and submit the same via email or in person. The Hotel is located on 750 Stelzer Road, Columbus, OH 43219.
