The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Salary: $43,000 to $55,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Information Technology roles
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
