Position Overview:

Crossflow is seeking a senior level Software Engineer/Analysts to support Missile Defense System Assessments in a team focused, mentoring environment. Chosen candidates will work jointly in the prime contractors Collaborative Test and Evaluation Center (CTEC) and Sensors Collaborative Test and Evaluation Center (SCTEC) organizations. The position consists of performing algorithm testing, data generation, modeling and simulation, and analysis in support of Missile Defense Agency initiatives. Support includes evaluation of active/passive sensor performance, data fusion, multi-sensor tracking and target discrimination algorithms, system-level command and control algorithms, and missile defense battle management techniques.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of related experience
• Proficiency with MATLAB, C++, or other programming languages
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability and interest in solving complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Computer modeling and Simulation
• Data analysis planning and execution
• Algorithm evaluation
• Target tracking and trajectory estimation
• Analysis of optical and/or RF target signatures
• Analysis of Command & Control (C2) Systems.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., and/or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science

GENEROUS PTO ACCRUAL & FLEXIBLE LEAVE POLICY
Crossflow currently grants 11 federally observed paid holidays. In addition to these holidays, Crossflow offers a minimum of 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) to all full-time employees. Employees may utilize PTO for any reason (sickness, vacation, personal day, etc.) and can carry over a maximum of 120 hours from year to year. Many employees are authorized to work additional hours within a normal, forty-hour pay period. This approval is included in the employee's offer letter for employment. These extra hours may be banked for compensatory (comp) time off.
