REMOTE: Telecom infrastructure support Local to Ohio (Some travel required )
Applicant must have 1 year of experience with the following :
- Data entry experience
- 1+ years within asset management
- Experience within infrastructure (telecom / VOIP)
- Resolving tickets / critical thinking skills
- Local to Ohio and comfortable with travel within the State
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Experience with asset inventory
- Ability to work remotely within a team environment and able to function with little/no supervision strong work ethic
- Willingness to be trained up to speed within telecom functions, etc. of the organization
- Radio / radio frequency experience: Motorola or Nokia or Samsung
- Experience managing and troubleshooting over 50+ tickets
