We are seeking a full-time Center Standards Officer/Manager Assistant who can Performs complex administrative tasks.

Duties will include: Types business letters, memorandums, reports, charts, E-Filing etc. on a computer. Composes and prepares routine correspondence for signature. Establishes and maintains confidential files and records. Maintains calendar and schedules appointments; sends/receives incoming and outgoing mail and faxes; and follow-ups on dates for action items. Maintains student incentives system. Oversees the Student Government. Pulls student termination records and files in Data Integrity Department. Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment. Operates office machines and instructs others in the operation of same. Assists in student accountability and Behavior Management.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation is based on experience. Three years work related experience The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
