Analyst-Inventory

Objective

Provide detailed analysis of all inventory movement and BOM costing activities

Qualifications:

• relevant work experience

• 5 + years of experience working in the position in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Experience with:
  1. Inventory Movement withing an ERP System
  2. Material Usage Analysis
  3. Warehouse Inventory Management

Knowledge:

• Proficiency with Inventory Controls
• Understanding of cross-functional activities (departments like quality assurance, shipping, purchasing and production planning)
• Strong Communication / interpersonal /conflict resolution skills
• 3 + years of SAP R3 experience or similar (Oracle, . . .)
• Proficient MS-Office
• 5 Why knowledge (problem solving)
• 5S's good command
• Process, Results driven
• Strong analytical skills (process/ systems)

Proficiency in English Language (verbal and written)

Main Tasks:

• Lead inventory Controlling activities, such as cost variance analysis
• Track and record inventory levels for upper management reporting (KPI’s)
• ABC analysis
• Monitor SAP movements
• Monitor scrap
• Monitor receiving and shipping movement system errors
• Monitor consumption of substrates according to BOM
• Validate BOM Costing
• Monitor Master Data to identify root case for system errors (Root cause analysis on variance higher than 5%)
• Schedule cycle count team and counts (Root cause analysis on variance higher than 5%)
