In this role, you will:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Conduct analysis and modeling that translates data into actionable insight that supports business development.
• Build and operate processes to both reactively capture and proactively identify opportunities.
• Troubleshoot problems and ongoing support requests from users.
• Deploy, customize, and integrate CRM.
• Maintain the quality of data within the Salesforce CRM database.
• Manage workflow rules, triggers, action items, approval processes, security validations

Who you are:

• Minimum of 3 year configuring / maintaining / administering a Salesforce instance (senior admin)
• Must have experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
• Willing to be onsite on the west side of Columbus (Hilliard) for 4-5 days/week
• Preferred experience:
  • Marketing Cloud / Pardot (now known as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
  • Manufacturing or supply chain industry support
  • Salesforce CPQ

Education:

• Undergraduate degree - BA/BS
• Certified Salesforce Administrator - Preferred
