Summary
We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator to be responsible for coordinating shipments from various supplier locations to marry up and delivery with shipments from SFC.
To be successful as a shipping coordinator you must have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. A great shipping coordinator can successfully multitask on a daily basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to provide schedules and resolve any complaints.
- Monitor progress and coordination of shipments from multi locations
- Prepare sales reports for senior management.
- Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
- Assist transportation department as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
Other Skills
The ability to Speak and translate Spanish would be preferred.
