We are a family-oriented entertainment space in search of a Restaurant Manager with experience in a fast-paced food/entertainment field. People-first concept looking for a leader of the team.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• $3 Million in annual sales
• People-first personality
• Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
• Team-oriented
• Dynamic leadership

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Financial acumen - know your sales and costs metrics
• Big picture viewpoint - but can manage to the details
• Must be very guest-centric
• Focused on teamwork. hands-on leader
• Foodservice background

Restaurant Manager Compensation:

• Up to 60,000 in salary based on experience
• 15% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
• Health and PTO
