RBT Needed for One Month | Full-Time School Position | Near Hayward, California

Sunbelt is currently in search of a highly motivated and empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an exciting, contracted opportunity situated near Hayward, California.

Responsibilities:

• Execute behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs.
• Deliver personalized one-on-one therapy and assistance to students.
• Accurately document and track client progress and behavior.
• Actively engage in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to foster ongoing professional growth.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• ABA experience preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Bachelors degree or current enrollment preferred
