The Director, Relationship Management & Service will support clients and advisors that contract directly with the legacy RIA firms within Schwab Asset Management (ThomasPartners Strategies, Wasmer Schroeder Strategies and Windhaven Strategies) with this role primarily focused on ThomasPartners Strategies.  This team provides support to individual investors and institutional clients (advisors, intermediaries, consultants, etc.) and will be responsible for the following functions: Work within a team of Senior Relationship Managers (RM’s), providing clients and prospects with detailed information regarding our investment philosophy, process, and holdings for ThomasPartners Strategies. The RMs serve as the primary client-facing strategy experts.Effectively manage a discretionary practice of high-net-worth clients by providing expert advice including decision-making regarding the appropriate asset allocation, communicating effectively with the Client Portfolio Management team, assisting clients with their life needs and goals as they relate to the management of their portfolio, and communicating to each client the ThomasPartners’ investment strategy decisions as they occur.Achieve outstanding results, especially in the areas of proactive client contact, client retention and net asset flows.Create personalized client experiences while ensuring the ongoing appropriateness of ThomasPartners clients in conjunction with our recommendations.Leverage internal and external resources to deliver the upmost Wealth Management experience to all clients.What you haveRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.Requires active Series 65 or CFP licenses.5+ years client facing financial services industry experience.Proven communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.Experience demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.Proven follow-through on tasks and the capacity to simultaneously work with multiple clients daily.Experienced being accountable to address a wide range of differing investment management needs and prioritize these needs with ease.Possesses investment management acumen and a background partnering closely with investment research and trading teams.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.Preferred QualificationsA propensity for learning and retaining in-depth strategy and investment knowledge.Passion for service, professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and teamwork.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2024-98614Posted Date: 2 weeks ago(4/9/2024 12:28 PM)Category: Investment Research & ManagementSalary Range: USD $148400.00 - $247300.00 / YearApplication deadline: 4/29/2024Position Type: Full time
