About who needs care: My father - 95 - is highly functional. No health issues, other than arthritis, which has compromised his mobility. He worked until a few years ago and drove until a few months ago. He could use help with errands, such as shopping, doctor's appointments, etc. His needs presumably will increase as time passes.
About the care needs: A non-invasive personality would work best. As mentioned, he is highly functional. A former judge, he is incredibly engaged and attentive. His only issues are reduced mobility.
