Essential Functions:
QUALIFICATIONS : (including proficiencies, skills, knowledge, certifications)
Required Education: Vocational/Technical Training Degree
Discipline/Major: Technical school or an applicable skilled trade program
Additional Certifications: NAS 410 Certification Level 2: State issued industrial radiographer certificate - Ability to achieve Level I or Level 2 certification in alignment with NAS 410 standards, through education, training, and testing, and perform the required Level 2 requirements
Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 4-6 Years
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Technical expertise. Problem-solving skills. Time management skills. Manual dexterity.
Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: -Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Overview

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results.
- Develop specific calibrations and tests.
- Document results in accordance with the specification.
- Identifies errors and defects in equipment.
- Use of ultrasound, radiography, or other techniques during the testing process.
- Conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
- Maintain or develop procedures, policies, and techniques as necessary.
- Train subordinate personnel in the various NDT disciplines and techniques.
- Maintain documentation for training and experience hours.
