Job Summary
Neal's Home Furniture is looking for a full-time Sales Associate who is passionate about helping others, a skilled communicator, and an effective listener. Sales Associate must be willing to learn extensively about our sales process, have basic computer and communication skills, be willing to work on weekends, attend sales training meetings, and be a team player. Previous sales experience and customer service skills preferred. This position is commission based with a pay guarantee of $15/hour.

Responsibilities

• Display a cheerful, upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Willing and committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience before and after the sale.
• Achieve sales goals and benchmarks.
• Analyze and process customer orders accurately.
• Accurately perform financial functions including cash and payment transactions.
• Manage and maintain customer follow ups.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Continually work to gain a high level of product knowledge.
• Attend sales training meetings as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Furniture Sales Experienced Preferred
