WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS A PEST CONTROL OUTSIDE SALES REP ENTAIL?

As an entry-level Pest Control Outside Sales Rep, you'll dive headfirst into meeting new customers and addressing their pest concerns with a smile. From conducting home evaluations that may lead you to crawl into tight attic spaces to assessing damages, no challenge is too intimidating for you.

Armed with our specialized sales training, you'll confidently showcase Arrow's exceptional services, recommend solutions, and outline the benefits with honesty and clarity. Your commitment to following through on appointments and diligent follow-ups will pave the way for your success in this role. With our proven sales process as your guide, you'll thrive in exceeding expectations and building lasting customer relationships.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Sales ability
• Basic math skills
