Medical Receptionist - Multispecialty Office - FT Weekdays - Full-time / Part-time

This position serves the Non-Surgical  Multi-Specialty Clinic located at 550 Hospital Dr, Warrenton VA.

The Medical Office Receptionist will provide front office support in a physician office setting.

• Answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards, or answers inquiries as appropriate. Schedules all patients according to policy and procedures.
• Collects, verifies and performs insurance eligibility into the practice management system.
• Collects co-payments or old balances and provides written receipts for all payment transactions.
• Provides coverage at various clinic locations as needed.
